Accommodation

A deposit of 50% of the total bill is required when booking (Visa or Master Card).

A cancellation received 8 days or more prior to arrival will be fully refunded but an administrative $ 30 fee plus tax will be charged.

However, any cancellation or package reduction request received less than 7 days prior to arrival will result in the loss of the deposit.
The same policy applies for reservations based on gift certificates.

Cancellations received 48 hours or more prior to arrival will be fully refunded but an administrative $ 20 fee plus tax will be charged.

However, any cancellation or reduction of fee received less than 48 hours prior to arrival will result in the loss of the deposit.
The same policy applies for reservations based on gift certificates.

***Consumption of alcohol, cigarettes and food is prohibited in outdoor areas and may result in expulsion from the hostel without reimbursement.
