This is our 3rd visit to your inn. What a great place to relax. A very intimate place, beautiful, spacious and very clean rooms. This time I tasted the excellent cuisine of Chef Olivier Côté, who knows how to combine flavors and presents his meals in a way which is appealing both to the eyes and the appetite. I intend to write to Marie-Claude Lortie of La Presse to encourage him to come and see the cuisine of a passionate young chef who will certainly become famous.
